Welcome to OC Premier Academy's premier Speed, Agility, and Conditioning (S.A.C) training program designed specifically for youth sports athletes aged 8-16. Whether you're a soccer/futsal player, basketball enthusiast, football fanatic, tennis ace, volleyball star, or aspiring mixed martial artist, our S.A.C program is tailored to elevate your performance to new heights.

Join us for elite-level training sessions held every Monday and Wednesday at TTC in Newport Beach. Our comprehensive program focuses on enhancing speed, agility, footwork, and overall conditioning, empowering athletes to excel in their respective sports. Through a combination of specialized drills, exercises, and techniques, participants will develop the physical attributes necessary to dominate on the field, court, or mat.

Speed, agility, and conditioning training are vital for youth athletes as they form the foundation for athletic performance across all sports. Athletes 8-10 Years Old 5-6pm

Athletes 11-13 Years Old 6-7pm

Athletes 14-16 Years Old 6-7pm
